Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at KeysFusion! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:


Return Period

You can return items within 14 days from the date of delivery (based on tracking information), provided they meet the conditions outlined below. Returns requested after the 14-day window will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • The Goods must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, gifts, or free items intact.
  • Your return will be inspected upon arrival to ensure it meets these conditions.


DOA (Damaged/Defective on Arrival) Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If stock allows, report all necessary replacements in one go. If the return period has passed, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. You will be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product if it meets the DOA policy.

For returns not covered under our DOA policy, please refer to the Non-DOA Product Cases section in this document.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, please provide photos of the item along with the tracking number. Contact us within 14 days for assistance.


Return Process

You will receive a full refund for the product cost in the form of store credits, excluding the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase. We do not charge any additional fees, such as restocking fees, for valid returns. However, the return must meet the Return Conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to qualify for a refund. If the return does not meet these conditions, additional charges may apply.

Please note that return shipping costs and risk are your responsibility, as we cannot provide prepaid return labels. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our Return Conditions, we will process the refund for the product cost.

Ensure that the return is shipped back within 14 days to remain eligible for a refund. Returns shipped after this period may no longer be eligible for a refund.


International Orders

For customers outside the United States, we do not accept returns. However, please reach out to our customer support team if you're not satisfied with your purchase.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.


Non-Refundable Conditions

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless otherwise specified)
  • Incorrect contact or shipping address provided
  • Failure to respond to emails or missed calls from the carrier
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Refusal to pay import duties or taxes
  • Refusal to clear customs


Other Information

If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our customer support team. PayPal disputes or chargebacks may result in account deactivation.


Non-DOA Product Cases

For Switches

  • Normal wear on switch pins and bases is not considered a defect.
  • Switches or stabilizers that have been lubricated or disassembled by customers cannot be returned.
  • After multiple transfers in transit, slight bending of switch pins is not unusual; gently straighten them if necessary.

For Keycaps

Sublimation keycaps are handmade, and due to the high-temperature process, they may have minor imperfections, such as:

  • Slight misalignment of patterns or characters
  • Small scratches, air bubbles, or color variations
  • Minor bends in large keycaps or slight concavity in small keycaps
  • Tiny black or white dots
These are normal characteristics of sublimation process and not defects.

For Deskmats

  • New mouse pads may have a typical rubber smell that will dissipate after 1-2 days of airing out.
  • Due to various display differences, slight color discrepancies may occur.
  • Temperature fluctuations during shipping may cause minor size and thickness variances (+-1 cm and +-1 mm), which is a normal occurrence for rubber products.
